Do you ship internationally?
We happily ship worldwide for free for all orders; however, expect longer shipping times for orders outside the US. You may learn more on our shipping policy page
Due to COVID-19, estimated shipping times may vary, so please allow some extra time for delivery.
What are the shipping times?
Free Shipping is available for all orders.
United States: 3 to 6 business days
Canada: 10 to 14 business days
Europe: 10 to 14 business days
Oceania: 10 to 14 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 14 business days

Where are Hikoncepts items shipped from?
Our warehouses are located between the United States, Japan, and China. Due to the increasing number of orders, we might run out of some items in our warehouse in the US. As a result, this may cause a carrier delay; packages may arrive 15-22 days later than the estimated date mentioned during the checkout.
Please note that in the case you ordered multiple products, we will likely ship them separately. Expect to receive different tracking information for each item.
I entered the wrong address or information. How to fix?
That happens. Contact us via Live chat or email us at [email protected] as soon as you realize so that we fix that.
Do I have to pay duty tax and customs fees?
Whether or not you’re liable to pay customs fees all depends on the shipping country of the item(s) as well as the destination country. We suggest looking into your local regulations. We may be able to help you with additional information — chat with us on the Live Chat down right.
What are your items made out of?
There’s no single answer to this. Browse every product page, and you’ll find all you need to know about the materials they’re crafted with.
Are items personalizable?
Currently, items cannot be personalized, but most items are available in a wealth of designs and colors so you won’t be disappointed. In all cases, stay tuned to our newsletter and Instagram page in case that changes — as it just might!
How do the size charts work?
In most of the cases our suppliers use the US/EU standard. In these cases you will receive the size label for the size you chose.
In some other cases you will receive the Asian equivalents of the item you ordered.
Always check the size charts on the product pages or use the Live Chat to get instant help with sizing.
Do you provide help with sizing?
Sure, we do! In case you are not able to find the perfect size yourself, just hit the live chat button on the bottom right corner, and we will be happy to assist.
How do I track my order?
Please head over to our Tracking page and fill in the tracking number or your email + order number.
Alternatively, please follow these three simple steps to track:
1. Click on the Live Chat button on the bottom right corner
2. Click on the Order Status widget
3. Enter your order number as well as your email address and click See Your Order
Note that your order is shipped once our warehouse has packaged and sent it to the shipping partner (DHL, FedEx, China Post or EMS). You’ll receive your tracking number via email as soon as our system receives an update from the courier.
